Why do Favorites and Check-Ins not work?

Check iCloud settings

chargEV uses iCloud for multiple features:

To ensure an error-free operation make sure that

  1. iCloud Drive is active
  2. chargEV is allowed to access your iCloud account
  3. chargEV is allowed to access iCloud Drive
  4. iCloud may use mobile data
  5. chargEV may use mobile data

In case the +-Icon to send a Check-In is greyed out or an error message is shown when sending a Check-In, check the above mentioned iCloud related settings. It’s always about chargEV not permitted to talk to iCloud or chargEV not being able to (e.g. as iCloud is forbidden to use mobile data).
