I’m a computer scientist from Stuttgart and co-founder of EV Freaks. As CEO and CTO I’m responsible for the technology – architecture, product quality and the call on when something goes live – and as lead developer I still work on the code myself, on the iOS app as much as on the backend.

I’ve been driving electric since 2016. My side project EVPlugFinder became chargEV, and chargEV became ChargEV FleX. When it comes to charging, I’m the planner: on long trips I choose the destination by its charger, I use AC stations too, and I keep a close eye on the price – very Swabian of me.

On this blog I write when things get technical or when it’s my own view. I also run cron IT GmbH, the company behind EV Freaks, and write about AI-assisted development on Medium. For professional contact, I’m on LinkedIn.
